A Brand Manager at Highland group ensures that our company’s product (25 UP Segment) resonates with current or potential customers. Brand Managers serve as the point person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for our particular brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs, and sponsorships.

1) Developing Brand Strategy

2) Collecting area-wise 25 UP industry information across Nepal

3) Analyzing collected data and generating information related to consumer brand preference, competition strength, and positioning in the context of 25 UP

4) Developing guidelines and brand strategies for Highland Group’s 25 UP Segment Products

5) Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates

6) Developing marketing and advertising strategies

7) Developing Area-wise promotional activities of 25 UP segment brands.

8) Closely execute and monitor all marketing and promotional activities (ATL/BTL – events, activations)

9) Maintain brand ethos in the market

10) Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports

11) Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding

12) Co-ordination

13) Assist in the brand development process

14) Helping create designs and layouts for print and digital advertising concepts signage and collateral.

15) Research

16) Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities

17) Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

18) Conducting regular field visits and meeting wholesalers, and key retailers to get market information regarding 25 UP Segments.
