Job Description

  • Build, curate & innovate strategic partnership projects with leading brands of Nepal and co-brand initiatives that are in alignment with the overarching business objectives
  • Research, identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound pipeline and outbound outreach and execute partnership strategies to support the Marketing function
  • Work with cross-functional teams (commercial, operations, finance, customer experience, product, etc) to ensure partner needs are met.
  • Design and manage end to end offline brand building campaigns and events to acquire new users
  • Leverage data and analytics for insights that drive improvements in our partnership programs
  • Stay on top of industry trends and the changing competitive landscape to guide strategic planning and improve the efficiency of our processes and systems


  • Master’s Degree from any reputed institution
  • Min. 4 Years of experience in related industry and field
  • Marketing enthusiastic with creative, curious, and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • Out of the box thinking during the brainstorming session
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
