Job Description

  • Build a Team and departmental’s SOP aligning with Regional Team
  • Lead the newly established Demand & In-stock planning team: Build right warehouse assortment, develop integrated & accurate demand forecasting, maximize stock availability, minimize fulfillment lead time and costs, maintain healthy inventory
  • Chair business reviews and build the reporting structure and organizational capability with clear road map to achieve end-to-end demand forecasting and inventory management objectives: Grow ‘Fulfilled by Daraz’ service sustainably (Fulfilled by Daraz “FBD” is a program that lets individuals and businesses to utilize Daraz’s operational expertise and its state of the art warehouses for fulfilling customer orders)
  • Own all ‘Fulfilled by Daraz’ End-to-End KPIs: Responsible for daily serve levels; Identify and address process or system gaps with a focus on solution building
  • Build and lead the framework for efficient Fulfilled by Daraz management, making this solution a part of regular commercial, category, operations and working capital management and thereby accessible to a wider seller base;
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Inbound Scheduling to optimize the slots and Warehouse House capacities. Review utilization and capacities jointly with Operations to improve and enhance the same.
  • Build marketing-leading accurate and reliable demand forecasting model, and SKU, seller, stock & warehouse capacity management with cross functional teams on both local & regional level
  • Build and maintain complete visibility for budget and capacity planning for the full life cycle of inventory in all warehouses; Assess bi-annually upcoming warehouse space and working capital requirements to optimize cost
  • Work with product and tech teams to drive system, tools and process improvements and implementation, with a focus on automatizing manual tasks
  • Maintain healthy and effective team, includes hiring, training, nurturing and enabling them to delivers KPIs of this function. Also ensure personal and professional development of the team


  • Masters Degree in Engineering or IT
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience required in related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Prior experience in Team Handling / Management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
