Planning and Project Manager
- Work Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
- Division: Construction & Real Estate
- Role Type: Full Time
- Reports to: CEO
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor a department or project’s budget, inventory, and production schedule. Maintains optimally efficient inventory of production materials. Managing Project Management Document & Project plan.
- Review development proposals to ensure compliance with codes and regulaltions.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements.
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good leadership.
- Organizational ability with good supervisory skills
- Creative & Innovative
- Superior Written and Verbal Communication,
- Good Interpersonal Skills with ability to multi-Tasking.
Preferred qualifications
- BE Tech with 10 years’ experience
- Good understanding of Technical Matters.
