Job Description

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Receive and upload supplies.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
• Manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs.
• Handle the materials as per their lifetime (Issue).
• Manage assets of the store.
• Receive, store, issue, distribute, ship, warehouse, handle and assist, the raw materials and goods.
• Raise Purchase Indent and Goods Received Note.
• Coordinate with production team and receive production plan and material requirement, deduct the available stock and forward the adjusted material requirement to procurement team for placing orders for materials.
• Maintain records of material consumption of equipment.
• Generate monthly stock reports and closing reports of stock levels.
• Create new product details and maintain proper records in ERP.
• Maintain proper and updated records of stock levels and generate reports as per requirement.

Job Specification

• Master’s Degree preferred having at least 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical Skill.
• Sound knowledge of office package.
• Good report writing and communication skill.
