Next off the production line was Hawaii Slippers called HATHI, introduced in early eighties and now widely available throughout the country. This pioneer brand is admired over three decades. Various ranges of EVA sandals and Hawaii slippers made under this brand.

Job Description

  • Perform push sales and achieve sales target as assigned for the period and product lineup.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with all distributors.
  • Identify and close potential customers (Distributors) for new business.
  • Gather market and customer information (Wholesaler) and pass it to Area Sales Manager.
  • Provide feedback to Area Sales Manager on buying trends in his/her given area.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in your area as and when instructed by ASM.
  • Discussing now and then regarding variations in price, delivery and specifications about the product with ASM.
  • Provide feedback to ASM on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions as per your area.
  • Liaise with area sales manager to check on the progress of existing orders of distributors/ wholesalers.
  • Check fast moving and slow-moving stock of your distributors and W/S on every visit and send the data to Area Sales Manager.
  • Record and process sales and order information.
  • Take responsibility for any customer complaints/ issues & resolve them at earliest possible.
  • Perform credit checks on customers to ensure outstanding balance within limits before accepting an order.
  • Follow and maintain the account settlement of distributors as per company policy.
  • Maintain and ensure that more than 80% availability of product is in the retail and W/S chain.
  • Document details of company assets (On shop board/ Hording board and others.
  • Make market penetration and target achievements as per given standards.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have at least 3+ years’ experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PPT
  • Strong communication skills
