National Sales Head

Level: Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years in national-level sales (3W, Commercial Vehicles, 2W, or 4W)
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, data processing, presentation, strong communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Oversee 3W business sales operations across all regions, supervise and guide regional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Channel Management: identify and expand new sales channels, build strong relationships with channel partners, ensure, alignment with company goals, and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Sales & Marketing: Execute sales and marketing programs at the dealer level, define sales targets, track progress and evaluate performance
  • Operations & Coordination: Work with HAC, HFL, and logistics teams to streamline operations, verify reports from dealers and regional sales personnel, manage daily sales reports (DSR), and conduct periodic market/customer surveys

Location: Kathmandu
