Goenka Group, an established Industrial & Business House with diversified business activities invites applications from highly motivated, competent and performance- oriented candidates for the following positions for our EASTERN REGION MARKETS (Stationed and Operating from Birtamod, Jhapa) as mentioned below:
Position: Regional Sales Manager -1 Position – Birtamod station covering markets in All Eastern Regions- (Goenka Electronics Pvt. Ltd.)
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing Management of Electronics Home Appliances both Big & Small Home Appliance (HA & SHA) Products under Goenka Electronics (Various Brands).
- Realizations of variable Sales Target (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) as per instruction by the Business Unit Head and the Management as per changing Market Scenario.
- Making new Dealers via channel development throughout Nepal in all the Geographical Regions for Sales & Marketing of various Electronics Home Appliance Products (HA & SHA).
- Making sure existing customers/parties are satisfied and fulfilling their all requirements on time in all Eastern Regional Markets.
- Formulation of Marketing Strategies/Schemes/Festival Promotional Plans Region Wise/Area Wise/District Wise /Customer wise as deem necessary.
- Payment collections within ageing – limit from all customers/Parties as per Sales Policy of the Company conforming to Sales of Electronics Products.
- Market analysis of competitor’s products/price, market coverage vis -a-vis with Company’s Products.
- Reviewing Sales performance, Payment collections within ageing limits and collections of Balance Confirmation Documents of all customer/parties and implement strict compliance as and when required.
- Strictly follow through critical parties for payment collections and process for legal procedures as and when required coordinating with the Management, Recovery & Finance /Account Departments.
- Coordinate with Team for resolving all service related issues promptly. Train all Junior Sales Staff Members coordinating throughout Eastern Regional Markets.
- Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly internal meetings in coordination with Top Level Management.
- Prepare daily Market visit Reports showing daily Sales and payment collection status, ageing -limits Area/Region/District & Customer/Party wise of whole Eastern Regional Markets and report to both Business Unit Head and the Management.
- Strictly follow through for the implementation of sales policy as well as company’s Rules & Regulations as collectively instructed by Bushiness Unit Head and the Management.
- Assist Recovery Department for all recovery processes of pending payments and of all critical parties/customers.
- Perform all other works related to Sales & Marketing of Electronics Products as per the instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Business Management – (Candidates must have own Motorbike with valid License)
Experiences: 5+ years of working experiences in Sales & Marketing of Electronics Home Appliance Products in the Eastern Region Markets (both Small & Big Home Appliance like TV, Chest Freezers, Fridge, Washing Machine, Heaters, Vacuum Cleaners, Fans – both Table & Ceiling, AC’s Iron Machine, Juice Mixtures, Toasters and other similar appliances) in all the major Cities/Towns in the Eastern Regions form Birtramod, Jhapa.
Salary: As per Company’s Policy but negotiable depending upon exact experience of the candidates
