Position: Site Engineer
Location: Outside Kathmandu Valley
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee our construction projects outside the Kathmandu Valley. The ideal candidate must be able to manage all site operations effectively and ensure outstanding project progress.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Must have prior experience in handling construction projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Must hold Two-Wheeler License.
- Prior work experience in road and slope work will be an additional advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely reports.
- Resolve any technical and operational issues on-site.
