Job Description

As a front desk officer, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area, greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Managing Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for executives or other staff members as required.
  • Handling Correspondence: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Manage courier services.
  • Providing Information: Provide information to visitors regarding the organization, services offered, and general inquiries.
  • Maintaining Records: Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other administrative records.
  • Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Coordinating with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organization.
  • Following Security Procedures: Adhere to security protocols, including monitoring access to the premises and issuing visitor badges.

Other Specifications
