Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer (Urgent)

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm different creative theme ideas and designs to support design projects
• Oversee conceptualization of design projects
• Create execution plans for projects and see them through completion
• Produce different style guides, presentations, and different project visualization for marketing
• Advice on the elements of designs, typography, and colors
• Coordinate and assist in putting together graphics-related components
• Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure a smooth workflow
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, and readability

Skills

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
• Knowledge in animation and motion design software
• Experience in both print and digital designs
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on close deadlines
• Ability to communicate [verbally and written] with a diverse section of people from different professional backgrounds
• Should be a creative thinker with imaginative skills and a curious learner
• Practical and environmental design experience

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop
• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator
• Figma

Requirements

• A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Great aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A degree or pursuing a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
