Finance & Accounts Executive
Job Description
- Preparing financial documents, such as statements, business activity and reports
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
- Process tax payments
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Analyzing an organization’s finances to find strategies for cost reduction
- Managing records and receipts and processing invoices
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Assist in review of facility operations and performance, and be able to research and answer questions
- Conduct all duties in accordance with internally and externally acceptable accounting practices
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Qualification
- Bachelors/ Masters with specialization in Finance from reputed institution.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the relevant field.
