Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Description

  • Preparing financial documents, such as statements, business activity and reports
  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
  • Process tax payments
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Analyzing an organization’s finances to find strategies for cost reduction
  • Managing records and receipts and processing invoices
  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  • Assist in review of facility operations and performance, and be able to research and answer questions
  • Conduct all duties in accordance with internally and externally acceptable accounting practices
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Qualification

  • Bachelors/ Masters with specialization in Finance from reputed institution.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the relevant field.
