Accounts Officer

Job Description & Major Responsibilities:

1.      Entry of Bill of Materials in System

2.      Entry of Inventory Issue and Issue Returns in System.

3.      Entry of Inventory Receipts in System.

4.      Entry of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in system, Purchase entries against Import Purchases.

5.      Entry of Sales Returns in System reconciling the difference between Debit Note and Inventory Receipt.

6.      Reconciliation of Physical Stock and System stock on a timely basis and sorting the differences.

7.      Inventory Cost Control at Factory Level and Tracking Batch Cost Records.

8.      Reporting Batch wise Normal Loss / Abnormal loss to the management

9.      Proper coordination, control and documentation of Factory cost records and coordination with various Departments at Factory and Head Office

10.  Other Job requirements as designated by the Finance & Legal Head.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management
  • Knowledge of Accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power-Point.
  • Able to handle pressure with limited supervision.

Experience -2/3 years

Salary: Negotiable
