JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLES

Location: Pulchwok, Lalitpur
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning, business/sales target, and budget planning
- Understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales & Business development) daily processes and goals
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
- Preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports and submit to management along with preparing and giving presentations when required
- Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.
- Prepare and conduct -sales/product training for CSD and other related departments.
- RPT analysis and Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
- Respond and communicate to partners and staff.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
- Knowledge in the remittance field;
- Around 1 year of experience in the related field.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in MS Office
Behavioral Skills:
– Effective communication.
– Listener and a quick learner.
