Job Description
- Deliver and install equipment’s based on survey and solution team design/ report.
- Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
- Promote positive customer experience by promptly examining complaints and identifying solutions, suggesting improved methodologies, and recommending system enhancements.
- Set up routers, Access points, CCTV, NVR, Cabling, E-attendance, Door lock and home networks to enable customer access to the Internet.
- Maintain assigned tools and equipment in good operating condition by following instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, maintaining supply levels, performing regular maintenance, and scheduling needed repairs.
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Test circuits and connections to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries regarding service quality or system requirements.
Job Specification
- Two to five years of experience installing and troubleshooting high-speed Internet access.
- Experience as a lineman with skills of electronics troubleshooting would be an added advantage.
- High-school diploma or college degree in related field.
- Knowledge of techniques and standards for fiber-optic and Ethernet cabling is must.
- Ability to handle pressure, good communication and analytical skill.
- Skilled at nurturing client relationships.
- Committed to preserving client and business confidentiality.
- Proficient in using MS- Office package.
