Job Description

  • Generate actionable insights on business performance (GMV, Traffic, Orders, Basket Size) & brainstorm corrective measures on Daily and Weekly Basis
  • Build Governance for overall Dmart Performance Review
  • Work closely with Market Intelligence Team to ensure price competitiveness in Dmart Channel (weekly basis) and plan strategies to fulfil Assortment Gap
  • Help define and track the appropriate operational & commercial metrics/SOPs
  • Lead projects initiated by Regional Team directly associated with Dmart USPs and KPIs, localise the projects if required
  • Lead periodic performance reviews ( against the KPIs set) with local & regional management ( Monthly & Quarterly)
  •  Initiate projects for Dmart growth and develop accessible, creative and engaging data visualisation to facilitate access to insight
  • Custodian to lead Daraz Mart Roadmap with all associated teams to monitor achievement against the objectives set (Warehouse, logistics, after-sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Traffic Ops)
  • Facilitate being a core custodian for Projections and Supply Chain Management
  • Study the existing Data Analysis Framework ( Inhouse Dashboards), find the actionable remarks, communicate results within Dmart Team and also help to build a new or update the existing Data Analysis Framework
  • Bridge as a Business Intelligence Partner and Analyst to study the market trends and build new product solution as per the business requirement


  • Bachelors / Masters Degree from any reputed institute
  • 3 to 4 years of work experience required in related industry
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Prior experience in project management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
