Job Description

  • Daily operational tasks – updating on availability status of SKUs, regularly checking platform ( App/ Web) to check whether the content scheduled ( Banners/ Sliders) is uploaded or not
  • Daily meeting with Sellers to streamline Supply Chain Process and update business numbers on a daily basis to the larger team
  • Ensure that sellers meet operational Key Performance Indicators, i.e. they are processing orders, replying to customers’ questions, maintaining stocks correctly, etc
  • Work on increasing assortments (number of SKUs available on the platform) for FMCG specially Groceries by streamlining Supply Chain
  • Create reports for internal team to track performance ( Sales and Orders growth)
  • Build strong internal relationships with various internal stakeholders and teams across various functions (Marketing; Digital and Onsite and Customer Relationship Management) so that work is done efficiently
  • Onsite Wireframe Execution (implementing the content as suggested by team on Daraz Platform – App/Website)
  • Working with Content Team as suggested by team for the listing process ( getting all the necessary details of SKUs from Brand and getting them updated in the platform)
  • Helping the team to generate lead (potential aggregators/ sellers/ vendors) and provide the list to the team


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 yr of experience ( preferably Master’s in Management or relevant background )
  • Previous experience on ecommerce site and have knowledge on Onsite Planning and Execution will be preferred
  • Additional training or certifications in MS Office (especially Excel), Communication, Marketing, Sales is desirable
  • Must be able to write clear reports supported with data
  • Any other additional certifications or trainings in areas that would lead to being a better more well-rounded professional is desirable
  • Must possess 2 wheeler and valid driving license
