At Digipline, we’re on the hunt for a creative Social Media/ Content Creator to join out team and work across all of out social platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand client business objectives and create innovative social media strategies for current and potential clients that you’re passionate about.
  • Coordinate, execute and manage all social media marketing (organic & paid) activities for your client portfolio and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ideate engaging and innovative content for your clients Social Media feeds that is on brand and in line with platform requirements and best practices.
  • Ability to create engaging, high quality content and  maintain a social media content schedule.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on organic performance, deriving insights to improve and optimise performance
  • Monitor and report on traffic, audience growth and content engagement, and use these to develop further growth strategies
  • Daily monitoring of client’s social media accounts including responding to and engaging directly with audiences in a timely and authentic way.
  • Developing and overseeing competitions, brand collaborations, social media campaigns and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
  • Working alongside with the Graphic designer to create visually appealing content for email and social media campaigns
  • Able to identify opportunities for client growth and confidently propose upsell recommendations
  • Creations of blog and articles
  • Develop presentations, monthly client reports, perform competitor’s and brand analysis.

Key Selection Criteria

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role required
  • Google Adwords, Google Analytics & Social Media marketing experience is a must
  • Demonstrated agency experience with proven experience executing on a social media strategy from a tactical level.
  • Experience working with Facebook Business Manager (organic & paid features)
  • A creative and collaborative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience building online communities and driving social engagement
  • Experience running Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn & Pinterest ads
  • Excellent copywriting skills and content creation
  • Be able to take initiative and drive to improve and iterate on current performance
  • Organised and Highly motivated, able to multi task, show initiative
