Responsibilities

  • Demonstration of the technical knowledge by independently working on the user stories
  • Understanding the new requirements and exploring technology needed for them
  • Flexibility and Adoptability to different frameworks and architectures
  • Self-learning the libraries. Algorithm, Frameworks
  • Sharing the ideas/finding with the team and Business Unit
  • Implementing the new algorithm found/identify in the code
  • Understanding of Business Processes
  • Understanding the Insurance functionality in depth
  • Helping the Junior member w.r.t product/technology
  • Doing the analysis and design before starting the code
  • Able to independently handle the User Stories
  • Analytically able to decide the classes and functions
  • Helping the Junior team members in the design and coding
  • Test Driven Development
  • The extent to which the coding or code changes is adhering to the Frameworks standards
  • Test Driven Code development
  • Unit Testing approaches used
  • Issues found in the current phase and escaped to the next phase
  • Severity/Process deviations committed in own work
  • Analyzing the problems to their origin
  • Anticipating Problems and their timely escalations
  • Analyzing the User Stories w.r.t to the functionalities available including their schema design
  • Analyzing and discussing the requirements with the team and product owners
  • Clarity in preparing the SRS and design documents
  • Discussing the doubts with the Product owners and getting the clarification
  • Initiation taken towards organizing discussions on requirement analysis and getting the approval on the agreed requirements
  • Innovations and small improvement at work
  • Sharing information/ideas with team members

Requirement

Bachelor’s in IT or Equivalent

Skills

Technical Skills:

.NET Core, .NET MVC, ASP .NET, SQL Server, HTML CSS, jQuery, JavaScript

Behavioral Skills:

Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
