Position: Customer Support Executive (Database)

Job Location : Kathmandu, Nepal
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2008+ is a must
• Basic knowledge of account is plus
• Able to handle client’s support calls
• Can travel outside Kathmandu (if required)
• Can work off hour (if required)
• Analyze and resolve software issues reported by customers.
• Provide training and guidance to the users of the software.
• Respond to queries through phone/email.
• Provide onsite support for complex problems.
