• Commission & Earnings: Earn up to Rs 20,000 per sale or up to 10% of the sales generated from your leads.
• Earning Limit: Earnings are directly proportional to your performance. No limit on Earning. The more you sell, the more you earn. Just results-driven rewards.
• Fixed/Basic Monthly Salary: No Basic Salary or No Fixed Salary

• Commission Disbursement Time: Within 3 Working Day of the transactions performed by the Leads

• Growth Opportunity: After 6 months, you shall be eligible for regular employment as per the company rules

Experience:

• 5+ Years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree

Responsibilities:

• To conceptualize, implement digital marketing strategies and initiatives to get qualified leads of national distributors or Importer for the FMCG Business Vertical, Industrial Products Business Verticals or Agri-Commodities Business Vertical

Job Activities:

• Conceptualize, implement digital marketing strategies and initiatives to get qualified leads and maintain leads database and follow-ups records
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase engagement, reach and generate leads
• Create engaging posts, content, and campaigns to attract potential customers and promote our business
• Leverage social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, digital tools, sales strategies, traditional marketing, advertising, marketing, blog, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other social media platforms
• Excellent communication and content development skills and relationship development skills
