  • Customer service on Call, social media, Issues, mails, etc. handling.
  • Build a sustainable relationship with Clients with proper communication.
  • Follow Telephone and email etiquettes for standardization.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.


  • Bachelor
  • 1 year plus experience in the relevant field
  • Can work autonomously, are self-motivated, decisive and use initiative
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good skills including MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Supporting the Customer Relationship Management Team (total of to deliver exceptional performance to the team and helping to nurture Customer relationships
  • Maintenance of Customer database and scheduling/delivery of required tasks
  • Developing and nurturing internal and external relationships
  • Coordinating Service Delivery feedback
  • Have a flexible nature and work well in a team, supporting multiple people
  • Can align day-to-day activities with organizational strategy and priority
