- Customer service on Call, social media, Issues, mails, etc. handling.
- Build a sustainable relationship with Clients with proper communication.
- Follow Telephone and email etiquettes for standardization.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- 1 year plus experience in the relevant field
- Can work autonomously, are self-motivated, decisive and use initiative
- Have good communication skills
- Have good skills including MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Management Team (total of to deliver exceptional performance to the team and helping to nurture Customer relationships
- Maintenance of Customer database and scheduling/delivery of required tasks
- Developing and nurturing internal and external relationships
- Coordinating Service Delivery feedback
- Have a flexible nature and work well in a team, supporting multiple people
- Can align day-to-day activities with organizational strategy and priority
