What are we looking for?
- Provide proactive legal opinions in a timely manner and advice on all legal matters affectinig the business and providing expert legal solutions to minimize risks involved in the business’s operations.
- Conduct diligent research into legal issues and recommend revisions as needed across a range of legal documents and agreements:
- Oversee the drafting, and vetting of policies/contracts/agreements/legal documents and ensure the proper administration of executed contracts across all business units.
- Work closely with the executive team, ensure the reliable and timely execution of the company’s day-to-day legal activities, and update data of all the cases pending before any court.
- LLB and Masters in Law with at least 5 years’ experience in a corporate-advisory position with great GR/PR/IR, ability to grasp complex areas of law rapidly and accurately, identify and remedy complex legal issues.
