Sales Head – CG Tobacco
Location: HO Sanepa, Lalitpur

What are we looking for?
- Act as key point of contact for DSO, manage related administrative tasks and tracking of target on daily basis. Also provide support for any initiatives for field force improvement/enhancement.
- Lead and develop sound team to attain and achieve sales, distribution, merchandising, and product inventory level in the retail and wholesale outlets/points, and communicate about the products through practical communication/negotiation skills to the ultimate consumer.
- Identify new and potential area for tobacco product and work on the account planning aligning with cross functional teams such as R&D, marketing and operation.
- Full awareness of all associated risks ensuring that solutions are achievable both practically and within any financial and time constraints.
- Minimum Bachelor degree with 7+ years of experience of sales in related industry, and proven track record of converting solutions opportunities into sales within tobacco product sectors, must have strong organizational skills, time management, and presentation skills with a professional business approach.
