What are we looking for?
- Negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising contracts. The contracts may involve the sale or purchase of products and services such as supplies, equipment, materials and other items.
- Ensure the legalities of contracts and help to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.
- Provide responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations. Prepare requests for proposals for distribution to vendors and develop a set of standard contracts for the company.
- Review of cost including checking of BOQ in conjunction with Quality Surveyor (QS) consultant, Review and negotiable bid terms & conditions & Facilitate appointment of contractors based on bid evaluation.
- Civil Engineer & Masters’ Degree in Business Administration with more than 15 years of experience in related field and have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities analytical skills.
