Contract Manager – PMC

What are we looking for?
- Negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising contracts. The contracts may involve the sale or purchase of products and services such as supplies, equipment, materials and other items.
- Ensure the legalities of contracts and help to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.
- Provide responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations. Prepare requests for proposals for distribution to vendors and develop a set of standard contracts for the company.
- Review of cost including checking of BOQ in conjunction with QS consultant, review rate analysis/detailed specifications in conjunctions with QS consultant, Review and negotiate bid terms & conditions & Facilitate appointment of contractors based on bid evaluation.
- Civil Engineer and Masters’ Degree in Business Administration with 10+ years of experience in related field with ability to help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities and scale the overall business.
