Retail Sales Associate

CG Net announces a vacancy for the position of Retail Sales Associate (5).
Job Specification:
– Qualification: Intermediate Complete.
– Experience: Proven 2+ years’ experience in relevant field.
– Flexibility to travel outside the Valley as per the requirement.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
– Customer identification, acquisition, and closing sales.
– Identify and understand customer’s needs (technical/non-technical), Process to install service, get payment (in case), and close lead.
– Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
– Organize and conduct a meeting with staff of instructions, clubs, library, involve and attend various programs, and community-based and social activities.
– Maintain proper records of activities performed.
– B2B & Door-to-Door sales & marketing.
– Conduct events/stalls at different supermarkets/malls.
Core Competencies:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
– Attention to detail with proactive and ability to plan on assigned tasks.
– Ability to synthesis the information based on available data
– Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills
– Knowledge in advance MS-Excel and other office packages is a must.
