Technical Support Executive
Qualifications | Skills
- Minimum 10+2, bachelor’s preferred.
- Knowledge of FTTH network systems.
- Experience in network troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Familiar with routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and support for retail FTTH customers.
- Handle network issues and service support for SME clients.
- Resolve complex network problems for corporate customers.
- Inspect and report on the condition of passive fiber network components.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of PoP equipment and connectivity.
