Technical Support Executive

Qualifications | Skills

  • Minimum 10+2, bachelor’s preferred.
  • Knowledge of FTTH network systems.
  • Experience in network troubleshooting at customer sites.
  • Familiar with routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic network troubleshooting and support for retail FTTH customers.
  • Handle network issues and service support for SME clients.
  • Resolve complex network problems for corporate customers.
  • Inspect and report on the condition of passive fiber network components.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of PoP equipment and connectivity.
