Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor Degree in management or IT from a recognized institution
- In-depth knowledge of Internet service provide (ISP) operations, including standards, procedures, and reporting, is essential
- Minimum three years experience as branch In-Charge or in Similar position, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications or Technology industry.
- Proven success in sales management and strong operational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team and the technical team
- Lead daily sales operations and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Ensure that Grid meets its sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor the grid with employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Lead grid-level marketing activities
- Conduct grid-level marketing activates
- Conduct grid-level research on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports
