Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic BTL Manager to join our team. As the BTL Manager, you will be responsible for procurement, planning, executing, and managing below-the-line marketing activities to effectively engage our target audience and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)


  • Develop and implement comprehensive below-the-line marketing strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage BTL campaigns, including experiential marketing, activations, events, promotions, and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of BTL activities and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Identify target audience segments and develop targeted BTL campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Coordinate and negotiate contracts with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to support BTL activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize future BTL efforts.
  • Manage BTL budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BTL marketing, constantly seeking innovative approaches to engage customers and enhance brand presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers, fostering collaborative and productive partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in all BTL activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in BTL marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in BTL marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies, techniques, and channels.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop engaging BTL campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
