Assistant Manager-Mechanical Department
Job Station: Factory, Mirchaiya
Minimum Qualification: BE Mechanical
Minimum Experience: At least 8-10 years in the cement industry
Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Responsibility as section head material Handing area operation and maintenance of limestone, gypsum, and coal crusher, stacker reclaimer, and belt conveyors.
- In-depth knowledge and Root cause analysis of all types of maintenance (preventive, breakdown, productive, condition monitoring) of cement Plant Mechanical Equipment.
- Strong knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures, and spares involved in maintenance repairs and replacement, and Safety Practices along with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed.
- Leadership and supervisory skills of Engineer and workman section along with inter-department relationship skills
- Record keeping of maintenance, spares safety, and checklist.</li
