Chief Operating Officer

Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration/Management/Agri-business or a relevant field
Experience: Minimum 10 years in operations or business management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
Finance Manager

Competencies: Financial Planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting
Qualification: Master’s in Finance/Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a financial leadership role
Processing Industry Manager

Competencies: Production management, quality control, equipment handling
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agri-business or Food Technology or Engineering or relevant field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in food processing or manufacturing industries
Marketing Manager

Competencies: Market Strategy, brand management, campaign development, franchise leading
Qualification: Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration or relevant field
Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG
Food Quality Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, Bio-technology or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in food quality assurance
Sourcing Manager

Competencies: Vendor management, procurement planning, negotiation
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, management, Supply Chain or relevant field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sourcing, preferably in the agri-food sector
Supply Chain Manager

Competencies: Logistics planning, inventory control, distribution management
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a supply chain leadership role
Supply Chain Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Management, Logistics, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supply/logistics role

Assistant

Qualification: +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s in any field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (Preferred)
Driver
No. of Vacancy: 1
Competencies: Safe driving, vehicle maintenance, punctuality
Qualification: Literate with a valid driving license
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional driving license
