Job Description:

• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales/revenue of the project department.

• Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures as per the company’s policies and norms.

• Allocate sales & collection target to project team and keep tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Run the negotiations with the customer and secure the business to the agreed margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sale process.

• Prepare plans for BTL activities and prepare budget.

• Obtain approval for marketing activities.

• Prepare report of expenses with proper evaluation of investment Vs mileage benefits

• Prepare job order with clarity mentioning details in every logistic order. (i.e. order material, quantity, rate, delivery date & dispatch places etc.) and forward job order to vendor after approval of immediate head.

• Prepare creative brief for agencies and coordinated with agency to meet the deadline

• Timely order and maintain minimum stock level of marketing related materials (i.e. t-shirt, cap, pen, notebook etc.)
