Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion.
•  Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
•  Prepare construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
•  Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
•  Conduct site visits and oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity.
•  Experience with value engineering to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
•  Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
•  Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).
•  Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional membership from Nepal Engineering Council is mandatory.
