FHI 360’s work is grounded in evidence and aligns with and provides support to the Government of Nepal’s development priorities and plans. Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Surveillance Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, cleaning and collation of data collected
  • Analysis of data segregating by different locations, bird types and isolates
  • Consulting with experts in Central Veterinary Laboratory (CVL) on data analysis and interpretation
  • Conduct thorough literature review in antimicrobial resistance in bacteria in poultry at national, regional and global level.
  • Developing a draft of the report and collecting feedback from experts in CVL
  • Preparing final report on AMR

Qualification

  • Master degree in veterinary medicine, biological sciences or related subjects with 1–2 years of experience in research and data analysis and report writing or bachelor’s degree in above- mentioned subject with 3–5 years of experience. PhD in veterinary science preferable
  • Computer skills including statistical software packages, data analysis and report writing skills.
