Admission Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal effectively with new and existing clients
  • Provide correct and complete information to the client
  • Communicate effectively with clients and Admission Manager in Australia
  • Collect, check, file and attach clients’ documents effectively and accurately
  • Prepare, check and lodge offer applications
  • Prepare, check and lodge Genuine Temporary Entrant documents
  • Edit clients’ submission including Statement of Purpose
  • Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system
  • Any other tasks the management will allocate to you time to time

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Management


  • 3 years preferably in service industry or visa application processing.


  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent English language ability
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be outspoken and have the positive attitude
  • Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality
  • Excellent team player and proficient in Computing
