What is your role like?
This role requires you to provide direct supervision and create coordination of activities of administrative support staff. Admin Supervisor will supervise and communicate with the internal and external stakeholders (employees, team, vendors) and manage a team of administration professionals to achieve operational objectives.
The role expects you to:
- Have experience managing the inventory, IT peripherals and administrative work.
- Make a database of all the authorized sellers and contact them at the time of procurement.
- Assist the IT Officer in the procurement of laptops and other peripherals
- Provide guidance and support to administrative staff to perform their duties effectively.
- Strategies and come up with different ideas to manage the team effectively.
- Internal housekeeping staff management.
- Management/organize events (i.e office moving-in, company team building activities)
- Liaise with Office Support and administrators to organize the administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of the office always .
Maintaining the office / arranging for necessary repairs that include electric & networking jobs.
Requirements
Apply if you have-
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Internal/ External Admin related work.
- Experience management and knowledge in IT procurement peripherals.
- General team management skill and rational thinker.
- Vendor and database management.
- Taking accountability and responsibility of Admin team .
- Great attitude and good communication skills
- Able to prompt action on Issues; take initiative
- Strong attention to detail

Work Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
