The Role:
As CEO, you’ll lead Tilganga City Eye Center’s mission for superior eye care, driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and expanding services across Nepal. We’re seeking a visionary yet pragmatic leader dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient care while steering our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies that align with the center’s mission and vision.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence in patient care, advocating for patient-centered approaches and innovative practices.
- Expand the center’s reach and impact through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and service diversification.
- Ensure financial sustainability by overseeing budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Represent the center in public, professional, and governmental forums, enhancing its reputation and advocacy for eye health.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment for a diverse team of professionals
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field/Minimum of 4 years
- Proven leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in ophthalmology or related specialties.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Deep commitment to healthcare excellence and patient-centered service delivery.
