Position: Junior Officer – Brand

• Responsible for functions related to billing of Ads Published in the newspaper
• Assist Senior in media planning
• Responsible for checking advertisement content
• Proper Filing/record keeping of advertisements/bills/proposals
• Suggesting/updating for better website contents of PKG
• Cold Calling PKG customers if needed
• Providing assistance to agreement/proposal
• Drafting contents of agreement/ proposal
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Managing diaries and attending meetings and appointments
• Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Party e-mail handling as per the instruction of the Director
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the executive, which will vary according to the executive’s concern.
