HR & Admin Officer
Number of Vacancies: 1
Job Station: Head Office
Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration with at least 2-3 years of work experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information tactfully and communicate effectively.
- Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
- Support in managing employee records and
- Coordinate and provide support in HR-related duties such as audits, recruitment, and induction.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and
- Support in onboarding staff members in administration and HR procedures, as well as in the exit process.
Civil Engineer
Number of Vacancies: 2
Job Station: Head Office & Project Site-Based
Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of professional experience (preferably in the hydropower sector)
- Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
- Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoDesk Land Desktop, SAP/ Staad-pro, etc.
Electrical Engineer

Job Station: Project Site Based
Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems (generators, transformers, switchgear, etc.)
- Troubleshoot electrical problems to ensure optimum power generation.
- Develop maintenance plans.
- Supervise and coordinate with plant operators.
- Possess strong verbal, and written communication and software skills (AutoCAD, etc.)
Mechanical Engineer
Number of Vacancies: 3
Job Station: Project Site Based
Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at 1 year of experience relevant field.
- Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues for optimum operation
- Supervise and coordinate with the plant operators for operation and maintenance tasks.
- Possess strong verbal, and written communication and software skills (AutoCAD, etc.)
