Corporate Advisory

Position: Mid- Senior level

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in the field of Finance/Economics/Research (Professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy (CA/ACCA/CFA) or equivalent body will be an added merit)
• Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in relative field, candidates having exposure/experience of project financing in Capital Markets and Financial Institutions shall be prioritized.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Review and finalize the allocated projects and assignments, follow up on IPO prospective clients and set meetings for agreement closures
• Coordinate with Issue Management for fetching business and converting with reference to Equity Raise, Valuation, Underwriting and Pre IPO consultancy and finding IPO compliant clients.
• Overview operational activities including Small Size loan projection, Business plan preparation, revenue collection booking, deals follow ups, assignment follow ups with BFIs.
• Devise proper plans to channelize the deal flows to the prospective clients.
• Work upon affiliation with national and international institution for rendering better advisory service and work upon for mutual agreement for affiliation.
• Prepare Marketing strategies, execute successfully and report to the Senior Management on the departmental activities.
• Prepare proposals for investment, restructuring, financing, and other advisory services.
• Conduct Due Diligence Assessment
• Ensure regulatory reporting of the department with the regulators.
