Designation: Client Servicing Executive
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Bachelors in Marketing (Running or Completed)
Job Location: Thapagaun, New Baneshwor
Responsibilities:
- To lead client service executives to provide best services to the fullest satisfaction of assigned clients and generate business.
- Updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations
- To provide services to the key clients
- To be responsible for 100 % service, sales to billing
- To coordinate with the business development, distribute and fulfill the sales target
- Need to be aware of brands, analysis of individual clients
- Act as a connection link between the client and the agency
- To set standards for the development and ensure they are met
- To train/mobilize the assigned subordinate
- Updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients
- Maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations
