Customer Relationship Executive
Job requirement for Customer Relationship Executive
- Handle incoming and outgoing call to address customer queries and provide assistance.
- Analyze the complexities of queries and escalate the same to required authorities as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role. – Freshers are also encouraged to apply

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Relationship Officers to achieve department goals and deliver exceptional service.

- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory solutions.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the field same field
