VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT (FINANCE HEAD AND JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT FOR AUTO INDUSTRY)

Kabin International Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned company operating in the auto industry, specializing in two wheelers & four wheelers. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our finance team as Finance Head and Junior Accountant. Position 1: Finance Head
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the company, specifically tailored for the auto industry.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the company’s financial health and growth.
- Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations within the auto industry.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct financial analysis and present recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the auto industry.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role within the auto industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulations within the auto industry.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) designation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office..
Position 2: Junior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records specific to the auto industry.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in reconciling accounts related to vehicle sales, inventory, and parts, resolving any discrepancies.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports tailored for the auto industry.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures within the auto industry.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends specific to the auto industry.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an intern or entry-level accountant within the auto industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices within the auto industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
