1.

Position Title: Executive Steward

• Position Is In charge of hotel’s assets, operating equipments and supplies specifically to Food & Beverage Department
• Candidate will report to the F&B Director and Executive Chef
• Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, pest control and HACCP
• In conjunction with the Executive Chef and F&B Director, check all back of house F&B areas and ensure their cleanliness and functionality of linen/equipment/operating & cleaning supplies
• In charge of breakage controls, waste management and inventory
• Assign work for efficient use of equipment as per events and operations
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working with relationship with management, staff and guests

Position Title: Executive Housekeeper

• 3-4 years of prior Management experience in a 4/5 star hotel within Housekeeping Dept
• Flexible with schedule and a dynamic & hands-on operational leader
• Leader must be able to train the staff and lead to establish standards within the department
• Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management
• Problem solver with the ability to be pragmatic and lead a team of over 25 personnel
• Must possess a keen eye to detail and ensure the Department conforms to established standards for cleanliness in rooms and public areas
• This is not a 9am-5pm role with weekends off and requires presence as per activity in the hotel and operations
• Prior opening experience of new property is an asset

Position Title: Events Sales Manager

Candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of the MICE market within the country
• Pre-opening project: candidate will be working to establish sales collaterals, menus, web content & standard operating processes
• Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader. This is not an administrative 9am-5pm role with weekends off.
• Candidate will be responsible for events hence maybe required to work past 5pm and on weekends when necessary.
• This position requires exceptional planning, communication,co-ordination
• Candidate must have the ability to recognize and anticipate client’s expectations as well as selling techniques to drive increased sales


4.

Position Title: Restaurant & Bar Manager

• Min 2-3 yrs experience in Food & Beverage as a Manager; must have prior experience in a star-rated hotel
• Thorough knowledge of service standards and operations to be able to benchmark opening of a new venue
• Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader
• Must possess a, keen eye to detail and ensure the Department conforms to established standards
• Must have strong food & beverage product knowledge
• This position requires exceptional planning, communication and co-ordination skills. The role will also involve negotiations, handling obstacles and problem solving
• Min 2-3 years of prior Sales and/or Events Management Experience within a 4-5 star hotel
• Candidate must have the ability to recognize and anticipate client’s expectations as well as selling techniques to drive increased sales
