Position Title: Account Assistant

- Support preparation of appropriation of accounts and budgets
- Disbursement of regular payments to staff, office overheads, suppliers and others
- Raise fund disbursement requirements for approval
- Administration and filing of taxes i.e., VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax etc.
- Preparation of cash flow information reports
- Liaise with auditors and audit firm staff as and when required
- Support in preparation of audit reports; responsible for daily financial transactions
- Record all business transactions
- Preparation of payroll; support disbursement of pay and perk
- Coordinate all purchasing function of the firm analysis and computation of stock reorder levels (inventory management)
- Raise invoices; support collection and credit management
- Maintenance of cashbook receipts; balance of cash books; preparation and undertaking of annual stock taking
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, inventory on regular basis
- Regular field visits.
- Vehicle and license is a compulsory.
